Hopewell thrives through community-building and shared service. We welcome volunteers with diverse backgrounds, skills, and passions — from event support and teaching mentorship to administrative tasks.

You’ll find flexible roles, impactful work, and a place to make a difference for North Minneapolis musicians of all ages.
Event support.
Assist at concerts, recitals, and public events. Time: 2–4 hours per event. No experience needed; training given.
Admin & facilities.
Help with organization, communication, or facility upkeep. Time: 2–6 hours/month. Basic computer or hands-on skills helpful.
Mentor & repair.
Mentor youth, assist in music classes, or repair instruments. Flexible schedule. Prior experience a plus; training provided.
Event support.
Assist at concerts, recitals, and public events. Time: 2–4 hours per event. No experience needed; training given.
